Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free plan is genuinely free with no card required.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes — cancel from Profile → Subscription. You keep Pro access until your billing period ends, then return to the free plan automatically.
What happens when I cancel?
Nothing changes immediately. You keep full Pro access until your paid period ends. After that, only your most recent client stays active.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. We never sell your data.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards supported by Freemius in your region. PayPal is also available.
What happens if my payment fails?
Freemius will retry automatically. If payment ultimately fails, Pro access is paused until you update your payment method.
